Relax your mind

This morning I had a very deep training...Usually when ever there is a deep training, which usually means there will be some painful physical release, which is a great thing because it lets the body get rid of old stuff. But I have big fear of feeling that pain, especially in my liver and stomach because that is where I hold a lot of stagnant energy. Anyway, this morning I told myself to relax, to keep my brain from tensing up and to feel the pain but not get attached to it. You know when you have sharp pain on the side of your body when you run very fast and as soon as you feel it you make that squinty face and your whole body tenses up and the pain gets worse. Well that’s what usually happens to me during this exercise, but I told myself not to do that. I felt the pain but I tried to breathe out and not tense up. Keep it soft from the inside and I kept going. So during the Brain Wave Vibration I didn’t resist and just connected to my own rhythm and the rhythm of cosmic energy. And afterwards during the energy dance I wanted to feel the strength of every muscle in my body and I was able to isolate every muscle.

The fact that I was able to control my fear, control pain, and my brain and not follow my old habit of escaping, was a very strong break through.
Thank you Dr. Ilchi Lee

Pusan

So far Pusan is one of my favorite cities. I think it was the combonation of the beach and the city all in one. I love the strength and the calmness of water. Something draws me to it and it gives me strength and confidence as it melts my stress and worries away. Plus the excitement of the city live and lights and tons and tons of food. Oh my!! tons of food. Fresh seafood and I mean fresh. our sencond night at Pusan the Masters took us to a very specail resturant, with fresh seafood. Our entree had lots of things from the sea which I didnt know existed and then while it was cooking the chef took out a live squid and puts it into the pot. The squid tries to escape but she just grabs it and pushes in down. It was crasy but in the end it was very delicous. Plus for dessert they brought our more live squid which was cut up into small piece. so you would take the small pieces and dip it into sesame oil and chew it. YUM!!!

I loved it...well not the live squid but the experience.

speechless????

I have lots to say but no words are coming out...Especialy at this moment.
I just want to thank all the people that have lead me to this point. I am so grateful for this experience.

Well lets see...many things have been happening, lots of healing, lots of pain, lots of forgiving, and lots of love. Love for myself, love for others.

I can see my struggles with myself but especialy with others. Some times I can catch myself before I react in my old habit but most of the time its after the reaction that I see my habit. So this has been a very great training.

WOW I am in Korea

Its March 17, and I have been here for 2 weeks and it feels like its been 2 months. Its a stinky, and dirty in the city but the feeling of the city is different. I can't really explain it, I know its not bad, I actually really like the city, the energy is different. There are so many different restaurants and a lot of food stands every few feet. So you can't ever go hungry.

Yesterday, we had did a demo for all 2300 Jidojas and is was amazing. This was a heart opening for me. Usually we have to open their hearts but this time it was the opposite, the love I received from them was breath taken, literally, I was overwhelmed by how many jidoa's there were.

After the demo we had a Chun Je it was just an honor to participate, there was so much energy and I have able to release a lot of heavy tension from my mind and body. So during the KangChun my mind was not negative or resistant, I was comfortable the whole time that my legs didn't fall asleep in a half lotus posture. WOW!!! I love this city.
